Sr. Product Manager

The Role

As the Senior Product Manager for OAO/OLA, you will play a critical role in balancing product roadmap advancement, client maintenance, and new enhancement requests. You’ll collaborate closely with the engineering team, implementation team, and our clients to optimize adoption, drive deposit growth, and ensure the product meets client needs. Additionally, you will guide our clients in filling the top of the funnel for account acquisition and develop product strategies to drive up OAO and OLA conversion rates.

This position pays 150k - 160k USD per year plus bonus and stock options.

What you’ll do:

• Lead product strategy, focusing on OAO/OLA adoption and enhancing product features to improve conversion rates.

• Guide clients to fill the top of the funnel for account acquisition and work on product strategies to increase OAO and OLA conversion rates.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize product roadmap advancements, while balancing maintenance and enhancement requests.

• Mentor and coach product owner to ensure effective documentation, agile ceremonies, and Jira task management.

• Conduct in-depth research to finalize OLA 2.0, ensuring seamless integration with loan origination systems (LOS) and decisioning engines.

• Partner with the implementation team to support client onboarding and product training.

What you bring:

• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital onboarding.

• Proven experience managing both strategic and operational aspects of product development.

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.

• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, with experience balancing competing priorities across teams.

• Expertise in driving product adoption and conversion rate optimization.

• Familiarity with loan origination systems and decisioning engines is a plus.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
