As the Product Manager for Ads Measurement, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for extending and building new 1P measurement products to tell the narrative of the advertising value Pinterest is providing to advertisers.
What you’ll do:
Work with user research, data scientists and the sales team to develop a deep customer understanding.
Lead a cross functional team to define the product strategy and roadmap for ads measurement, focusing on first party methods.
Develop clear product requirements and work with engineering, design, data analytics, product marketing, research teams and other product teams to deliver customer impact.
Communicate your strategy upward and outward internally to ensure you have the support and comprehension you need to be successful.
Make difficult trade-off decisions to ensure the team is working on the most impactful areas.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years product management or related experience with some previous experience in the digital ads space.
Ads measurement experience is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment among multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and workflows.
Great business judgment, ability to influence others with strong analytical thinking.
Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
