About your opportunity
The Product Platform Line focuses on what someone is trying to do instead of what role or job title they have - this determines which parts of the experience we improve.
On Platform, we collaborate with pretty much every team in HubSpot to make sure we can collectively provide the best user experience to our customers. We often focus on admins’ related tasks and we help admins make good choices on how to set up their products and teams. Ultimately we want our systems to be as self service as possible. That is why we also focus on empowering internal teams to make good choices for the customer, in a way that can help us scale. And as part of the Access Management Group, you will specifically focus on helping scaling organizations on their journey to configuration management and ongoing maintenance of their users & teams with ease.
Here’s what success in your role looks like
Your design decisions are grounded in data and understanding of the customers we solve for
You will have the unique opportunity to influence the vision of a smart CRM and you will bring play a key role in crafting the Admins journeys
We are looking for someone who can bring a strong design voice, who is a master collaborator and brings their partners along the design journey. You will get the chance to craft the operating system that will be effective for you and your team
