- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and advanced support to empower HR partners and drive successful technology adoption.
- Promote technology governance, compliance (including data privacy and protection), and effective vendor management.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Tech-savvy HR Professional with 5+ years HR Tech experience, with significant hands-on expertise implementing, configuring, and supporting HRIS tools (Workday Experience Required).
- Proven ability to drive successful technology projects from concept through implementation, including process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and change management.
- Strategic, innovative thinker who can bridge the gap between technical and business perspectives, and who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator experienced in stakeholder management, business analysis, and user training.
- Broad familiarity with HR domains like talent management, performance, compensation, benefits, onboarding, and a range of HR technology platforms
In-Office Requirement Statement:
- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
