We’re looking for a Senior Paralegal to support our Legal team’s efforts. This will require superb project management skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions. Among other things, you’ll advise various aspects of the business and support their legal requests and work alongside product attorneys and support their day-to-day tasks.  In other words, you will cover a lot of important ground.

What you’ll do:

  • Project manage updates to our public-facing policies, including the Terms of Service.

  • Oversee and iterate on our internal triage ticketing system for legal review requests.

  • Manage engineering requests to submit papers and articles to conferences, blogs, and other public-facing platforms.

  • Drive project management of GenAI initiatives and support internal policy creation and enforcement.

  • Review legal research and outside counsel memos to support Legal’s guidance for business teams.

  • Handle ad hoc projects that help move the business forward.

  • Track, organize, and manage internal resourcing documents and knowledge banks.

  • Maintain business relationships and stay on top of relevant legislation and regulations that may impact product.

  • Coordinate newsletters, stakeholder updates, and the creation or refreshing of program decks.

  • Provide e-billing support for attorneys, including matter opening and management, and ensure timely payment of product-legal related bills.

  • Track spend to support planning and budget purposes.

What we’re looking for:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and 3+ years of experience supporting legal in a demanding and innovative legal environment.

  • Familiarity with, or ability to quickly master, project management and organization tooling.

  • Exceptional judgment, analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Impeccable integrity.

  • Track record of developing practical solutions to novel problems and taking the initiative to implement those solutions.

  • Ability to work under pressure and identify, prioritize and resolve issues quickly and independently.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to build and scale programs and lead cross-functional initiatives.
