We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer with significant experience in IT system management and strong background in DevOps/SRE engineering. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Cisco and Palo Alto technologies, Microsoft Azure, and cloud infrastructure, with an emphasis on providing high-level technical support and infrastructure maintenance.
What you will do:
Provide L2 & L3 technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and applications, with a strong emphasis on network-related issues.
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, focusing on Cisco Nexus 9K switches, wireless controllers, APs, ISE, DNA, Palo Alto firewalls, transitioning from Cisco Firepower FTD appliances, and Alkira cloud networking technologies.
Administer Azure Cloud services, including Azure AD, cloud/WAN hub, and VPN.
Optimize IT performance, availability, and reliability, with proficiency in NetApp, Kubernetes/Docker, GitLab, and monitoring tools like SumoLogic and Prometheus.
Coordinate with IT engineering teams and vendors, providing operational status reports and quarterly trend analysis.
Manage deployed applications in Azure, including both custom and off-the-shelf software.
Who you are:
Strong experience with Cisco and Palo Alto networks, Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, and Alkira.
Proficiency in Ansible, Terraform, NetApp, Docker, and cloud-native services. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Relevant certifications in Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft, or DevOps are desirable.
