The team
The Sr. Manager, Treasury Services will lead a team that is responsible for treasury account services and a combination of risk and controls (operational, SOX, automation), integrations (acquisitions) , analytics , operational excellence (AI) and product enablement. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial operations, risk and controls, project and people management, with a strong understanding of the evolving needs of a global crypto-native organization. This position also offers the opportunity to contribute to technology and process improvement projects that enhance efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
The opportunity
Treasury Shared Services Leadership
Set strategic priorities and manage a team responsible for bank account services, treasury systems, analytics, controls, and enterprise initiatives.
Build and scale a best-in-class Treasury Shared Services function across integrations, risk & control, product enablement, operational excellence, and analytics.
Bank Account & Treasury Infrastructure Ownership
Own the full lifecycle of global bank account administration supporting hundreds of accounts across legal entities, products, services, and new geographic expansions.
Provide direction and oversight of access management, integrations, and authorizations across 400+ bank accounts, payment service providers, vendors, investment portals, and stablecoin issuers.
Own User Access Reviews across Treasury and Banking Partners.
Oversee JIRA workflows for banking requests, treasury operations, variance investigations, and the treasury knowledge library. Integrations with Acquisitions
Lead treasury systems and process integrations for acquired companies, ensuring seamless onboarding into existing treasury infrastructure.
Standardize banking, liquidity, reporting, and control frameworks across newly integrated entities.
Align acquisition treasury operations with enterprise-wide systems, controls, compliance requirements, and reporting standards.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure minimal disruption to operations during integration efforts.
Treasury Risk & Control
Own and enhance Treasury’s risk and control framework, including automation of key controls.
Partner with Audit, SOX, ERM, and regulatory teams to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
Design, implement, and continuously improve SOX-compliant processes and documentation.
Collaborate closely with Asset Liability Management and Risk on controls, systems architecture, and workflow design.
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and regulatory risks within treasury operations.
Product Enablement
Partner proactively with product and engineering teams to embed treasury capabilities early in the product development lifecycle.
Translate treasury requirements into product specifications; build, test, and launch scalable solutions.
Represent the “voice of the customer” (institutional and retail) when designing treasury services and regulated financial offerings.
Ensure treasury services are seamlessly integrated into the broader product ecosystem and internal customer experience.
Support new product launches, payment rails, funding mechanisms, and regulated offerings.
Operational Excellence
Redesign treasury processes to improve scalability, efficiency, automation, and control effectiveness as the organization evolves.
Implement operational automation and scalable data pipelines.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across banking operations, liquidity management, reconciliations, and reporting.
Establish measurable KPIs and service standards for Treasury Shared Services.
Analytics & Reporting
Lead development of custom dashboards and reporting frameworks leveraging engineering-provided datasets.
Build treasury analytics capabilities that support liquidity planning, capital efficiency, forecasting, and risk monitoring.
Provide actionable insights to Finance, Risk, Product, and executive leadership.
Enhance real-time visibility into cash positioning, exposures, funding flows, and operational metrics.
