  • Lead the development of a new Salesforce integration with our billing platform to automate revenue recognition.

  • Optimize CPQ this year and migrate to a modern revenue lifecycle management (RLM) system in the near future.

  • Evaluate business requirements and potential solutions to recommend buy vs. build strategies.

  • Leverage AI technologies, such as Einstein, AgentForce and 3rd party apps, to enhance business productivity.

  • Oversee the release management lifecycle, including planning, deployment, and post-deployment support.

  • Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce, AI and business systems advancements and technology trends, continuously evolving your skillset and sharing knowledge with the team.

  • Salesforce certifications strongly preferred, ideally in multiple domains.
