Job Summary: 

The Senior Group Product Manager - Growth at iHerb will play a key role in accelerating business growth by defining a product strategy and leading a team to drive innovation and product optimization across our global markets. The role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in product-led growth, a passion for improving user experiences and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape to meet the needs of our customers.

Job Expectations:

Strategic Planning: Develop a product strategy aligned with overall business objectives to drive ecommerce growth across international markets.

Inspirational Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. 

Experimentation & Optimization: Run A/B tests, analyze results and iterate on ideas to improve existing products and enhance the user experience.

Data Analysis: Adept at gathering qualitative and quantitative data to draw insights and identify opportunities for growth, track key performance metrics, and enhance product features.

Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership to gain big picture alignment and investment decisions with the company's strategic priorities and vision for future growth . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing optimization. 

Innovation and Disruption: Champion a culture of innovation by encouraging out-of-the-box thinking, exploring emerging technologies, and challenging the status quo. Drive the ideation and implementation of innovative features, products, and business models to expand product market reach.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Required:         

  • Experience crafting a compelling product vision & strategy with a track record of delivering on growth initiatives aligned to the company’s goals and objectives

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong product sense with a proven ability to lead a team in developing and executing on growth plans while remaining agile in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Ability to inspire and influence through effective communication, including consensus building and communicating complex details in a way that builds trust and confidence

  • Creative problem solver with a strong sense of urgency who can take a pragmatic and customer-centric approach when weighing and articulating trade-offs

  • Proven track record of experimentation,  including hypothesis generation and performing data analysis to continuously learn and iterate

  • Can establish and track KPIs that demonstrate the overall health & performance of a product or portfolio

  • Expertise in software development processes and agile methodologies

  • Strong understanding of development technologies and distributed web-based systems

  • Experience collaborating with a cross-functional team comprised of (but not limited to):  Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Customer Support, Legal & Compliance to ensure growth goals are met

  • Experience managing direct reports

Equipment Knowledge:

  • Experience with Agile collaboration tools

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred

Experience Requirements:

Generally requires seven (7) + years of Product Management experience, preferably in global ecommerce setting
