Given our exceptional growth, we are expanding and hiring a Sr. Graphic Designer Temporary role to join us on this exciting journey for 6-months. You’ll be joining an ambitious team who share a passion for creative ideas and how design and craft can bring those to life. As a Senior Graphic Designer at Bishop Fox, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across a variety of digital platforms. Your expertise will transform complex, technical concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand visuals that resonate with our audience. You'll be at the forefront of designing digital assets that not only break through the noise of the cybersecurity space and elevate our brand with clean, professional, and friendly visuals.
Responsibilities
Be creative and innovative! Conceptualize ideas and come up with original design work that resonates with our highly technical target audience.
Create clear, concise, and visually appealing graphics for website, blogs, social media, and other marketing channels.
Produce a wide range of graphics, including diagrams and infographics, that simplify technical concepts for the broader cybersecurity audience.
Design compelling digital assets for social media, blog headers, email campaigns, and other online platforms that stand out in the cybersecurity space.
Collaborate with the product marketing team to develop graphics that translate technical concepts into clear visualizations.
Develop visually appealing pitch decks, ebooks, and one-pagers tailored for a security-focused audience, ensuring the communication of technical information in a clear, digestible manner.
Design templates that facilitate the rapid production of marketing materials, maintaining consistency across various deliverables.
Ensure all visual designs consistently reflect Bishop Fox's brand identity, embodying our friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable persona.
Analyze the performance of design work in collaboration with functional marketing leaders to continually refine and improve assets.
Provide art direction and constructive feedback to other designers and marketers.
Incorporate creative feedback and direction from stakeholders.
Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising the quality of design.
Uphold the highest standards of quality in all design outputs, with meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of your work.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to produce high-quality materials while adhering to deadlines and guidelines. We are also seeking someone who resonates with our current brand and wants to continue to build on the strong visual foundation that we’ve built.
A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to translate complex information into accessible visual formats and demonstrating experience with a wide range of digital design projects.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, or equivalent life experience.
6+ years in a formal graphic design role (in-house brand experience is a plus).
2+ years working with B2B tech brand(s), (cybersecurity is a plus).
Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite and Office365; Proficiency in Figma, Sketch
Contemporary design aesthetic with an eye for typography, color palettes, and layout hierarchy.
Ability to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible with changing demands.
Team player mentality, with desire to collaborate with others.
Ability to accept constructive, candid feedback.
Creative problem-solving skills with a knack for innovative design solutions that meet strategic marketing objectives
Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and designs effectively to a variety of stakeholders.
