The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Marketing and Events Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise sales and account-based marketing strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with go-to-market leaders to build and accelerate pipeline development for targeted accounts, leveraging their knowledge of the CPG/Retail markets.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement innovative field marketing and event strategies that align with company goals and sales objectives.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify key accounts and tailor marketing efforts to drive engagement and pipeline growth.
Support agency relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing materials and event experiences.
Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including budget management, vendor negotiations, and logistical coordination.
Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of project management, from initial planning to post-event analysis.
Regularly report on marketing campaign results, providing insights and recommendations to enhance future performance.
What You'll Bring:
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in field marketing and event management, preferably in the enterprise software industry or ad agencies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and account-based marketing techniques.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in partnering with sales teams and external agencies.
Familiarity with CPG/Retail markets and the ability to adapt strategies to meet industry-specific needs.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.
