Title: Senior Director of Product Marketing & Outbound Product Management, Allegro

Department: Marketing

Location: Remote - UK or US

About Aria Systems

Aria Systems' cloud-based monetization platform is the analysts' choice, consistently top-ranked by leading research firms. Innovative enterprises like Comcast, Subaru, Pitney Bowes, and Telstra depend on Aria to accelerate time to market and increase flexibility — enabling them to maximize customer value and grow recurring revenue through subscription- and usage-based offerings.

Aria Allegro extends that platform into the real-time, consumption-driven world: high-throughput usage mediation, rating, and online charging for modern digital businesses, AI-native products, and communications service providers. As enterprises move from flat subscriptions to consumption- and outcome-based monetization — and as AI agents become first-class consumers of services — Allegro is positioned to be the credit-control and monetization engine behind that shift.

We are looking for talented, passionate people with strong track records and relevant expertise to help us achieve our goals. We are a fast-moving SaaS company that offers a dynamic working environment with a collaborative culture, where you and your peers learn from each other and make visible contributions that benefit our world-class customers and partners.

Department Overview

Aria's Product Management team operates across our San Francisco Bay Area, Philadelphia, and London hubs, working in a highly effective remote-first model. The team's focus is to define the forward roadmap of the Aria monetization platform — Aria Core, Billie Connect, Allegro, and Allegro ACE — while delivering immediate, high-impact enhancements for current customers through agile execution and tight engineering partnerships.

Responsibilities

Internal Execution:

  • Own and execute the end-to-end Allegro product lifecycle, managing core feature velocity and cross-functional delivery as the platform scales post-GA.

  • Jointly manage a comprehensive, multi-release product roadmap for Allegro within Aria Core and Allegro ACE / Standalone, balancing engineering bandwidth against customer commitments and market windows.

  • Develop high-utility product assets, including technical reference architectures, white papers, and functional demos to support sales engineering and customer alignment.

  • Serve as the primary product bridge across our worldwide engineering hubs, working directly with development teams to resolve architectural dependencies and unblock sprints.

  • Partner with Engineering leadership to refine high-throughput mediation, low-latency rating, and OCS-grade credit control architectures, ensuring the product roadmap remains buildable, resilient, and highly competitive.

External Alignment:

  • Work directly with customers and prospects to map their monetization models (SaaS overages, API metering, AI token/inference tracking, or hybrid subscription/consumption) onto the Allegro architecture.

  • Lead analyst briefings to clearly articulate Allegro's market position and competitive advantages in real-time consumption and AI monetization categories.

  • Act as the trusted technical advisor for sales leadership, customer executives, and system integration partners on all aspects of consumption billing and online charging.

  • Represent Aria at key industry forums and conferences, driving the market narrative around the convergence of telco-grade OCS and enterprise SaaS billing.

  • Collaborate with GTM and Sales on strategic accounts, leading technical workshops and taking ownership of the product-fit narrative in RFP and proposal response.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS, with 5+ years leading complex, infrastructure-level product lines.

  • Direct experience shipping products in at least two core domains: high-throughput usage metering, enterprise pricing engines, SaaS billing, or telco Online Charging Systems (OCS).

  • Proven track record of building and managing multi-year product roadmaps, with a clear framework for making and communicating hard engineering trade-offs.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to detail technical architectures for platform engineers and business value for C-suite buyers.

  • Familiarity with modern cloud architectures, agile/Scrum frameworks, and core monetization mechanics (e.g., token-based tracking, API metering, or 3GPP/TM Forum standards).

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field

Aria Culture

Aria Systems fosters a flexible, rewarding, and close-knit work environment while encouraging innovation and self-direction. We expect everyone on the team to share our strong sense of urgency, ability to learn and master new technologies quickly, and willingness to adapt to rapidly changing priorities. In return, Aria offers competitive salaries and benefits, attractive equity, and a flexible, informal work environment.
