FICO (NYSE: FICO)is a leading global analytics software company, helping businesses in 100+ countries make better decisions. Join our world-class team today and fulfill your career potential!

The Opportunity

When combining FICO's decisioning and analytic capabilities with the right strategic partnerships, we deliver immense valueforall parties involved — our partners, their clients, and FICO. We are seeking a seasoned, executive leader to take ownership of one of FICO's most strategically significant and largest financial partnership channel accounts. This leader will bring gravitas, vision, and deep C-Suite relationships within the global payments and financial services ecosystem, commanding the respect of Fortune 500 executive teams while inspiring and developing a high-performing, globally distributed team. This is a role for someone who leads from the front — equal parts strategic visionary, people leader, and revenue driver — and who is energized by the complexity and scale of managing a world-class global partnership.

What You'll Contribute

  • Executive Leadership & Strategic Vision:

  • Own the global partnership strategy end-to-end, setting a clear, ambitious vision for growth and value creation across all regions — translating that vision into executable plans, holding yourself and your team to the highest standards of delivery, and ensuring the partnership remains a flagship relationship within FICO's global portfolio.

  • Serve as FICO's most senior point of contact and executive sponsor for the partner, building and maintaining deep, trust-based relationships with the partner's C-suite and senior executive leadership across their global organization. Represent FICO at the partner's global executive summits, quarterly business reviews, and high-profile industry events, consistently reinforcing FICO's position as the partner's most valued and strategic technology and decisioning partner.

  • People Leadership & Global Team Management:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a globally distributed team of partner account managers, pre-sales specialists, and channel professionals across North America, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America — establishing clear goals, performance expectations, and development pathways for all team members, and ensuring every individual has what they need to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully to the partnership's success.

  • Build and sustain a cohesive, high-performing team culture that transcends geography, fostering open communication, shared accountability, and a relentless focus on outcomes across regions and time zones. Champion diversity, inclusion, and belonging as foundational to team effectiveness, and serve as a mentor and coach who actively invests in developing the next generation of leaders within the team and the broader FICO organization.

  • Partner closely with FICO's internal executive leadership — including regional GMs, product, technology, and professional services leaders — to ensure the full weight of FICO's capabilities is mobilized behind this partnership.

  • Revenue Growth & Commercial Execution:

  • Take full ownership of the global partnership P&L, driving sustained double-digit revenue growth across all regions and lines of business. Lead and personally engage in the most complex, high-value commercial negotiations with the partner's executive leadership, bringing strategic deal-making expertise, a deep understanding of channel economics, and the ability to structure creative, mutually beneficial commercial arrangements at scale.

  • Direct the development and execution of a comprehensive global partner business plan encompassing joint go-to-market strategies, co-investment priorities, product alignment roadmaps, and multi-year revenue targets — reviewed, refreshed, and agreed upon at the executive level with the partner on a regular cadence. Oversee rigorous pipeline forecasting across all regions, maintaining alignment with FICO's internal revenue planning cycles and providing senior leadership with regular, insight-driven reporting on partnership performance, risks, and opportunities.

  • Drive the identification and commercialization of new solution areas and market opportunities in collaboration with the partner, leveraging FICO's analytics, software, and decisioning capabilities to create scalable, high-value propositions — and initiate globally coordinated co-marketing and co-sales campaigns to accelerate adoption, deepen product penetration, and grow revenue across all active markets.

What We're Seeking

  • A seasoned senior leader with a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in global channel and partner management, with a strong emphasis on software and analytic decisioning solutions within the financial services and payments sector, and a thorough understanding of how technology-driven partnerships generate measurable, scalable value across diverse markets.

  • A proven executive people leader with demonstrated success managing, developing, and inspiring geographically distributed, cross-functional teams in complex global matrix organizations — with a track record of building high-performing teams, retaining top talent, and developing the next generation of leaders.

  • Deep, established C-suite relationships within the global financial services and payments industry, paired with the executive presence, credibility, and communication skills to engage and influence Fortune 500 senior leadership with confidence and authority.

  • Demonstrated success owning and growing large, complex global partnerships — from strategic planning through commercial execution — delivering multi-million-dollar revenue outcomes through channel and partner models, with expert command of global channel pricing strategies including transaction-based and revenue share models.

  • A strategic thinker and decisive leader who operates effectively at altitude — setting direction, cutting through complexity, and driving alignment across a large, matrixed global organization — while remaining hands-on and engaged where it matters most, with exceptional cross-cultural leadership capabilities that build trust and inspire followership across diverse teams and geographies.

  • A deep, expert-level command of global financial services market dynamics — including regulatory landscapes, competitive forces, and emerging technology trends — with the ability to connect these insights directly to partner and client needs and FICO's solution portfolio.

  • When combining FICO's decisioning and analytic capabilities with the right strategic partnerships, we deliver immense value for all parties involved — our partners, their clients, and FICO.
