The Opportunity
'We are looking for a senior program manager to join our operations team to help us solve problems and to lead our program management function! We are looking for someone who loves to organize and deliver results with a focus on building and continually improving processes across a variety of teams. We are also looking for someone with experience leading a team, growing team members, and producing programmatic results. This role is a change agent role in helping teams to identify problems, come up with a variety of solutions to a problem, and then determine which one is the best one to execute and why.' - Vice President, Business Operations
What You’ll Contribute
Collaborates with and leads cross functional teams to deliver results on various operational programs.
Manages communication with various program teams and executive leadership to ensure alignment.
Facilitates and moderates tough discussions to keep programs on track and raise issues when needed.
Ensures program deliverables are completed on time and on budget.
Schedules and moderates program review meetings as needed.
Develops Program Plans and manages the Program Plans through to completion to ensure they are being executed.
Produces and catalogs all program documentation.
Develops reports/dashboards and communicates on a regular cadence to relevant stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
Thinks strategically about how to solve root problems in a scalable and repeatable way.
Gathers feedback from key stakeholders and provides recommendations on the best way to advance program goals.
What We’re Seeking
Process oriented with strong attention to detail and good critical thinking skills.
Strong background in leading and completing complex programs
Collaborative style; partners well with cross-functional teams solve problems and to complete complex deliverables within tight time frames.
Exceptional facilitation, moderation and organization skills.
Effective time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Packages, advanced level preferred for Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
An ability to balance detail-orientation as well as big picture thinking and strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in highly related field; Advanced degree a plus.

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $144,000 to $226,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
