Position Summary:
The Sr. Creative Producer of Marketing leads the creative department process and ensures profitability within our marketing creative team. As Pax8 Marketing strives to set new standards and break the cliché boundaries of corporate promotion, they will be highly involved with top executives, creative directors, and an array of designers to maintain collaborative and consistent communication of company goals and schedules. The Sr. Producer is the backbone of the creative marketing structure and organization, ranging from scheduled objectives and budgets to communicating and onboarding contract talent. They have oversight and control over multiple jobs and timelines to guarantee the success of projects throughout the year. The Sr. Producer works closely with global directors to achieve their creative visions on budget and on time. We are looking for a creative spirit who loves spreadsheets and structure and wants to make an immediate impact on the global stage.
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead a team of designers, budgets, objectives, and timelines between internal departments and directors of Pax8.
Produce diverse projects ranging from video animation content to campaign launches.
Work directly with marketing directors to assist in bringing creative visions to life.
Create a system to monitor the budgets and internal goals of the company; Create the foundation of an internal agency model within Pax8.
Understand the design and animation process at a high level and facilitate a smooth project pipeline from beginning to end.
Create a system of oversight and governance that ensures project timelines and budgets are met.
Create and expand on an existing list of freelance and contractor assets to assist with team objectives.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
At least five (5) years of producer experience in the field of design, motion graphics, or agency work.
Must be highly organized with timelines, schedules, and budgets.
Proven track record of delivering projects from beginning to end at a high level.
Ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals and department heads.
Ability to organize and prioritize simultaneous objectives and maintain the most efficient pipeline to success.
Must understand the production pipeline of animation, design, and motion graphics.
Must have a high level of problem-solving when unique and complex creative problems occur.
Proven experience with global brands and clients.
Have a creative background or creative interest in progressive technology, trends, and style.
Ability to have a positive mindset when confronted with challenging objectives and fluid variables.
Ability to be self-reliant and self-disciplined to take a proactive approach to solving company goals and forecasting future conflicts.
Ability to communicate with talent in different countries and handle unique hours on a case-by-case basis.
Ability to have a supreme understanding that we are competing at the highest level and knowing that creates a sense of excitement instead of fear.
Detail-oriented with the ability to quality check and ensure a high level of delivery on all projects.
Possess the desire to make an impact and understand the job is what you make of it.
Required Education & Certifications:
B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $110,000 or more depending on experience
