The Role
As a Senior Benefits Analyst, you’ll shape and manage global benefits and leave programs that support our growing team. You’ll be the go-to expert for benefits administration, compliance, and data-driven insights, ensuring our programs remain competitive and aligned with our people-first culture.
What You’ll Do
Program Administration & Employee Support (30%) Manage health, welfare, retirement, and wellness benefits. Serve as an escalation point for complex employee questions and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
Data Analysis & Insights (25%) Turn numbers into actionable insights through reporting and benchmarking to guide leadership decisions.
Compliance & Governance (20%) Keep us compliant with U.S. regulations and assist with global compliance research and audits.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management (15%) Partner with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service and program success.
Global Projects & Development (10%) Support international program launches, Open Enrollment communications, and cross-border initiatives.
What You Bring
5–7 years of progressive benefits administration experience (global exposure is a plus)
Expertise in U.S. health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs
Advanced proficiency in Workday and Excel
Strong analytical and communication skills—you make complex topics simple
A proactive, adaptable mindset with a bias for action
Ability to build trust through transparency and follow-through
CEBS or similar certifications are a bonus
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $85,000-$104,000 or more depending on experience
