The Software Engineer is a member of the Engineering team who is responsible for software development, testing and trouble-shooting issues within the area of Software Engineering with the primary focus on API development

• Build, modify, and optimize applications, services, and databases

• Work with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into working application functions and features

• DevTest own code and applications to ensure function according to specifications

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and coordinate with testers, developers, project managers and business representative

• Perform application releases following the established SDLC practices

• Participate on tier III on-call rotation as needed

• Perform other technical duties as assigned

What will help you succeed

• 6+ years of Software Development Experience    

• Experience with .NET Framework, Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap    

• Experience testing, consuming Restful APIs    

• Experience with Relational Databases    

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and computer science theory
