About You
Nutrafol is looking for a detail-oriented and analytically driven Sales Operations professional to support our Pro Channel organization. In this role, you'll be a key operational resource for both our field sales teams and internal leadership — keeping data, reporting, and day-to-day business processes running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to grow your career within a high-impact function at a fast-growing wellness company. Due to the needs of the business, must be comfortable working East Coast hours.
Responsibilities
Data & Analytics
Monitor and maintain the accuracy and completeness of data within Salesforce and Tableau
Conduct regular data audits and investigations to identify and resolve discrepancies
Support the review and distribution of daily, weekly, and quarterly performance reports
Assist in the optimization and maintenance of goal-setting and quota methodologies
Support the administration and tracking of incentive compensation plans
Maintain and improve territory alignment and allocation processes
Support the data exchange process with external customers and partners
Sales Reporting & Operations
Assist in the design and enhancement of field-facing reports and dashboards
Support field communications in partnership with Sales Operations leadership
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Marketing on business planning and operational calendar activities
Help maintain and improve tools that allow field teams to plan, execute, and track performance
Serve as a reliable resource for field reps and managers on operational processes and system questions
Business Operations & Administrative Support
Coordinate and support recurring Sales Operations rhythms including team meetings, business reviews, and planning cycles
Assist in preparing presentations, recaps, and materials for leadership meetings and QBRs
Track and follow up on open action items and project deliverables across the Sales Ops team
Help onboard new field reps by coordinating system access, tools, and operational resources
Manage and maintain shared documentation, process guides, and operational playbooks
Support vendor coordination and assist with tracking contracts, invoices, and purchase orders
Assist leadership with ad hoc research, analysis, and special projects as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related support function within wellness, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, medtech, or a field-sales-driven industry
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CRM or equivalent
Experience with Tableau or similar reporting visualization tools
Exposure to incentive compensation, territory management, or quota-setting processes preferred
Strong Excel/data skills; experience with reporting tools and dashboards
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace for document and presentation prep
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Clear communicator who can translate data into actionable insights for field stakeholders
Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range:
$80,000—$90,000 USD
