Job Type: FTE Location: Remote (can sit anywhere in the US) Overview We are seeking a seasoned Senior Architect to join our Microsoft Systems Integrator team, specializing in complex Agentic AI solution delivery. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, a comprehensive understanding of Microsofts agent development ecosystem (including Copilot and Copilot Studio), and a proven record of translating business objectives into technical innovation. This role is pivotal in leading ideation sessions to identify, strategize, and architect AI Agents that directly address key organizational priorities. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate ideation and discovery workshops with both business and technical stakeholdersto uncover core business objectives, pain points, and opportunities for Agent-driven AI solutions leveraging Microsoft offerings.

• Architect and design enterprise-grade solutions using Microsofts AI technologies, such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and related Microsoft 365 services.

• Translate discovered business priorities into actionable technical requirements and specifications for agent-based, data-driven systems.

• Guide multifunctional teams (data scientists, engineers, product managers) through end-to-end solution developmentfrom initial architecture to deployment and optimization.

• Evangelize best practices for scalable, secure, and responsible AIincluding MLOps, data governance, and compliance within the Microsoft stack.

• Stay current and provide leadership on latest advances in generative AI, Agentic frameworks, and Microsofts platform evolution.

• Mentor and support junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience delivering Machine Learning, Data Science, Enterprise Applications, and AI solutions to enterprise clients.

• Expert-level proficiency with the Microsoft AI ecosystemincluding Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Azure Cognitive Services, and Microsoft Graph.

• Proven ability to engage and influence both C-level executives and technical decision makers.

• Extensive experience leading solution architecture and technical design for Agentic AIspanning chatbots, virtual assistants, and orchestration of business processes via intelligent agents.

• Demonstrated excellence in structuring and running ideation sessions, design-thinking workshops, and technical deep-dives.

• Strong background in enterprise data architecture, ML model lifecycle management, and solution integration best practices.

• Track record of delivering complex projects in highly regulated and security-sensitive environments.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications in AI, Cloud, or Data Architect roles.

• Direct experience with Copilot and custom Agent development using Microsofts latest frameworks.

• Thought leadership contributionsblogs, talks, or published work on AI Agents or Microsoft solutions.

• Experience driving business transformation through agentic and generative AI solutions in multiple industries.
