The Opportunity:
You’ll jump-start your career with us by taking ownership of these key responsibilities:
Source and engage with top talents through various channels and platforms.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through an ATS.
Collaborate with hiring managers.
Screen resumes and profiles to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Maintain candidate records and sourcing metrics.
Continuously improve sourcing processes and techniques.
Who Is Our Ideal Candidate?
Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment for at least 2 years.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
Proficiency in ATS and HR software like Ashby.
Proactive - takes the initiative to learn and improve in the role
Detail-oriented – pays attention, especially to the minor details of tasks
Embrace ambiguity – when you don't know how to do something, you ask Google.
Low ego – if you don't know the answer, you ask questions. You aren't afraid of anybody knowing what you don't know.
Honest – even when the truth isn't great, you speak it. If you had an off day, or your manager is wrong, you say so.
Job Details:
Full-time status (40 hours per week)
Able to work during US Eastern time zone
Compensation:
Starting hourly rate of $5.00 - $7.00 USD (depending on experience)
