Solutions (Pre-Sales) Consultant

About the role: As a Solutions Engineer for our API products, you will play a critical role in helping our clients integrate our Embedded Finance Solutions into their applications. You will work closely with Sales, Product Management and Engineering teams to understand client requirements, design customized solutions and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales teams to understand client needs and objectives, and provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our Payment API solutions and how they address client requirements.

• Gather and analyze client requirements and design customized solutions that leverage our APIs, SDKs, and platform capabilities.

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Risk & Compliance teams translate client requirements into actionable implementation plans.

• Develop and deliver technical documentation, including solution designs, integration guides, and API documentation.

• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the implementation and integration process, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring smooth deployment.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance and best practices for integrating and optimizing our embedded finance solutions within their applications.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the embedded finance space.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering, Science, Technology or Mathematics

• 3-7 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Solution Architecture or Software Engineering roles

• Strong problem solving skills to be able to craft solutions addressing client problems with minimal new developments.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to develop new products and solutions

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong bias towards outcomes and customer success with relentless focus and creativity to help close deals to achieve our objectives

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience of payments / financial services will be a big plus

• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa

• Experience working in US and/or European markets
