About this role in the team:

As a Solutions Consultant at BVNK, you will play a key role in guiding clients through onboarding and integrating them into our platform, ensuring they receive outstanding service and derive maximum value from BVNK’s offerings. This position requires technical expertise, customer-focused communication, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

 

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in seamlessly integrating with BVNK’s APIs.

  • Provide technical leadership by identifying best practices for API integration and supporting clients throughout implementation.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to drive successful integration, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver continuous value.

  • Collaborate closely with multiple teams, providing insights to improve the product and customer experience. Identifying unique use cases and supporting their product development.

  • Provide technical expertise during pre-sales engagements to address client inquiries and concerns. 

  • Build and maintain strong post-integration relationships with key clients, ensuring their technical requirements are met for future growth.

 

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience in roles like Sales Integration, Sales Onboarding, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Technical Support, or Developer Relations.

  • Skilled at managing complex use cases and selecting the right tools to benefit customers.

  • Solid understanding of APIs and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong prioritization skills to manage tasks efficiently without sacrificing quality.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and enhance user experience.
