The Role
Our Solution Manager, Professional Services will have the opportunity to join a new function at Recharge: Professional Services. This function will be responsible for helping to deliver value to our biggest customers. As Recharge quickly scales up in the Enterprise space, the demand for these services has spiked. This role will be a key contributor responsible for driving clarity around complex custom needs internally and externally.
The efforts from this role will help us establish a strong foundation with our enterprise merchants to drive a stronger Recharge enterprise narrative in the marketplace. This team has the chance to make sure that we are truly de-risking our biggest merchants using custom solutions and also addressing the massive enterprise opportunity.
What you’ll do
Document solution designs as flow charts, data flow diagrams, scenario matrices, including key details like API payloads
Collaborate with Solution Engineers to answer key questions and inform custom solutions
Meet with merchants to gather their requirements
Present solutions to merchants and action feedback
Create tickets for engineers to build proof of concepts and features
Testing and validating proof of concepts and completed solutions
Maintain documentation around enterprise competitive analysis in coordination with Sales and Customer Success
Collaborate with Sales, Launch, Customer Success, Product, Engineering to communicate priorities, timelines, risks, solution definition to ensure deliverables are met, risk is minimized, and visibility to stakeholders is provided

What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent
Consulting/agency background, experience working at an eCommerce merchant, or experience working at a B2B SaaS product company preferred
5 years of experience in a Product or Project role focused on eCommerce (Product Manager, Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, etc.)
