Memora Health works with leading healthcare organizations to make complex care journeys simple for patients and clinicians so that care is more accessible, actionable, and always-on. Our team is rapidly growing as we expand our programs to reach more health systems and patients, and we are excited to bring on a Solution Consultant.
The Solution Consultant role will have the critical responsibility of helping to define the strategic and technical alignment between Memora’s offering and customer/prospect needs. The ideal candidate will be able to understand strategic business needs and then effectively communicate solution strategies. Additionally, this role will function collaboratively across the org, working closely with our sales representatives, product team, clinical SMEs and client delivery teams. Ideal candidates will not only be driven by the problem we are solving but also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to healthcare - looking to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery. We’re looking for someone with exceptional curiosity and enthusiasm for solving hard problems.
Primary Responsibilities:
Understand prospect strategic business needs and identify and communicate how Memora's platform helps address these issues
Develop and deliver product demos based on a prospect’s challenges
Partner with our sales representatives to move deals forward from qualification and discovery through negotiation and contract signature
Serve as a liaison between sales and the product team to inform product roadmap and identify future focus areas for our solution
Serve as technical product experts during sales process, scoping technical solution needs
Support Memora’s Medical Director on scoping client clinical solution needs
Support RFP and proposal writing with respect to technical questions and product capabilities
Qualifications (Required):
Minimum of 2-4 years experience preferably in healthcare industry
Minimum of 3-5 years experience working with healthcare software, data and EHRs
Excellent business and technical presentation skills, communication (oral & written), and relationship building skills, across all levels of management
Experience contributing to proposals, scoping documents, business cases
Demonstrated interest in technology, including comfort with technical concepts and ability to become a subject matter expert with new technology application
Qualifications (Bonus):
Experience working for healthcare SaaS (software as a service) business
Background in business consulting and analytics
Familiarity with clinical operations, particularly those of health systems
This position offers remote flexibility allowing employees to work from home in any of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin.
Priority will be given to applicants in the following cities: Seattle, WA; Bay Area, CA; New York City, NY; and Chicago, IL.
