About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect to join our Solutions Engineering team at Fundraise Up. This role is central to our enterprise presales activities, solution architecture development, partner integrations, platform testing, A/B testing, post-launch assessments, roadmap planning, and crafting client retention strategies. As a Solution Architect, you will need to be a strategic thinker with superb technical and communication skills, capable of driving innovative solutions and ensuring successful deal closures and solution launches.

This role is ideal for a proactive leader looking to make a significant impact in the nonprofit industry by delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive client satisfaction and retention.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Presales: Craft strategic documentation to streamline onboarding and enhance inter-departmental collaboration, gather and validate requirements to align with business goals, and support the sales team with technical expertise.

  • Solution Architecture: Lead the discovery phase to minimize risks and enhance client satisfaction, design and present tailored solutions, and mentor team members to foster their professional development.

  • Partner Support: Assess and select technology partners that align with our strategic goals, and manage CRM integrations to enhance technological synergy.

  • Platform Testing: Develop and oversee A/B testing frameworks to benchmark our platform, analyze results to guide platform improvements, and advocate for continuous optimization based on market trends.

  • Post-Launch Assessment and Roadmap Planning: As needed, develop a roadmap aligned with future business goals and client needs, ensuring our competitive edge is maintained.

  • Client Retention Strategies: Customize solution upgrades based on client feedback, lead educational initiatives, and assist Customer Success with technical adjustments to key accounts.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

  • Extensive experience as a Solution Architect, particularly within the nonprofit sector, involving NPOs, tech companies, or agencies.

  • Expertise in digital technologies, cloud architecture, middleware, and application development.

  • Strong foundation in enterprise presales, solution architecture, and partner integrations.

  • Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

  • Highly effective problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
