About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and purposeful Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop and design innovative web application solutions, own the success of your deliverables, and collaborate with stakeholders across the JustAnswer organization. You should be proactive in learning new technologies and eager to apply your skills to help us achieve our mission. Our technology stack includes many Microsoft and Google components: ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server 2016, JavaScript, Google Analytics, PowerBI, React.js, Node.js, .NET Core, and CI/CD.
What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and maintain high-quality web applications that meet user needs and business objectives.
Follow effective Agile processes in teams, actively contributing to team meetings, sprints, and retrospectives, and suggesting improvements for better efficiency.
Engineer quality into our product by writing unit tests and integration tests, ensuring robust and reliable software.
Regularly refactor the code base to improve code quality, enhance performance, and increase deployment frequency.
Participate in reviewing designs and codes of peer software engineers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders to balance business priorities with development time, ensuring that deliverables align with project goals.
Collaborate with Technical Operations to ensure that your features meet service-level objectives for run times and reliability, contributing to a stable and efficient production environment.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and .NET Framework 4.0 or above.
Utilize your strong experience in MVC web frameworks and Web Forms to build robust and scalable applications.
Work with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, PowerShell, Maven, Jenkins, and SCM tools like GIT, SVN, and TFS for efficient development and deployment processes.
Engage in relational database modeling to design and manage efficient databases.
Operate effectively within an Agile software development environment, delivering high-quality work consistently within weekly cycles.
Apply your creative problem-solving skills to overcome technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, contributing to a productive and collaborative work environment.
BE or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Familiarity with design and architectural patterns, SOA design & web service development.
Schedule flexibility to collaborate with team members in San Francisco (UTC + 8) & Ukraine (UTC + 2).
