THE CHALLENGE

In today’s digital world, privacy is paramount to user trust. Our team is responsible for building automation solutions for various global compliance regulations and ensuring that our platform adheres to the highest privacy standards. The challenge is to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions that seamlessly integrate compliance requirements without impacting user experience.

This role requires engineers who can balance performance, security, and agility while working in a fast-paced, sprint-driven environment. We need individuals who are not only technically strong but also passionate about building solutions that empower users with privacy-first experiences.

THE TEAM:

The Privacy Team is a highly skilled group of engineers, product managers, and compliance experts who work together to automate and streamline privacy regulations across multiple geographies. We aim to ensure that our platform remains compliant while delivering a frictionless user experience.

We work in an Agile environment, continuously iterating and improving our solutions to keep up with the ever-evolving landscape of global privacy laws. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and accountability, always staying ahead to protect user privacy while maintaining platform efficiency.

THE ROLE

  • Develop and optimize full-stack solutions that automate privacy compliance workflows.

  • Work across the stack, using modern frontend frameworks (React, javascript) and backend technologies (Java, Python).

  • Design and implement scalable, cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, GTM, heap).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Security, and Legal to ensure compliance requirements are met.

  • Build and maintain robust APIs for data governance and user privacy controls.

  • Contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and Agile best practices for efficient project delivery.

  • Continuously monitor and improve system performance, ensuring resilience and scalability.

THE SKILLSET

  • Full-Stack Expertise – Strong proficiency in frontend (React/Angular/Vue) and backend (Node.js, Python, Java) technologies.

  • Agile & Sprint Execution – Experience working in fast-paced Agile environments with continuous iterations.

  • Cloud & DevOps Exposure – Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure for scalable deployments.

  • Security and compliance Mindset: Understanding of privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and how they impact system architecture.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to debug complex issues and optimize service performance.

  • API & Microservices Development – Experience designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party privacy solutions.

  • Database & Data Management – Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases with a focus on data governance.
