About the Role
The Junior Front-end Developer will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, focusing on performance and scalability. This role will play a part in innovating customer experience within a product company for professional services and applying it to international markets, including the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, and Japan. You will utilize your experience with A/B testing, conventional UI/UX, conversational UI (Chat Bots, LLM), payment methods, and pricing models to drive business results. The position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain Web Applications
Craft features that meet business and technical requirements in a reasonable time frame
Create User Interfaces using React, Redux, Typescript, CSS/LESS, HTML and JavaScript
Interact with server-side part (.Net)
Follow and improve effective Agile CI/CD processes
Assure our products are implemented to the highest standards with appropriate automated testing including Unit tests
Ensure your features meet service level objectives for run times and reliability
Improve code quality and deployment frequency
Participate in reviewing designs and code of peer software engineers
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of commercial experience in Front-end development
Degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS/LESS, React, Redux and Typescript
Experience with web service development
Experience with automated test frameworks (Jest, Playwright, or similar)
Experience in an Agile software development environment following CI/CD practices
Intermediate level of English or higher
Proven ability to creatively solve problems, self-motivate, and communicate effectively
Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning new skills, adaptability, and collaboration across disciplines
