About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Project Manager who combines strong technical knowledge with proven project leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in software development or systems engineering and at least two years of Agile project management experience. This role will be responsible for overseeing the full software development lifecycle — from planning and execution through delivery — while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. Active Secret clearance or higher required.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).

• Collaborate with software developers, systems engineers, QA, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

• Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks and ensure alignment with technical objectives.

• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

• Manage stakeholder communications, project reporting, and documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and manage priorities within multiple, concurrent development projects.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in project delivery processes, tools, and team collaboration.

• Ensure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.

$90,000 - $108,000 a year

This position includes a bonus up to 15%.
