What you'll do:

  • Creating engaging and high-quality content tailored for different social media platforms

  • Analyzing social media metrics to measure campaign success

  • Using your excellent writing skills to craft posts and interact with followers and community members

  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

  • Creating and implementing a social media strategy, communication plans, and C-level positioning

  • Building a community around our brand

  • Analysing and improving our social media strategy based on data

  • Strategizing, Drafting, creating, finalizing, and cross-checking text, picture, and video content for social media communication

  • Advising internal stakeholders on social media communication activities, as well as creating and updating guidelines and briefing materials

Ideally, you'll bring with you:

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience managing brands across social media, either in-house or at an agency

  • Extensive experience executing social media campaigns and managing social media on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook

  • Proven experience in social copywriting

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2)

  • High level of creativity and ability to develop innovative content ideas

  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other departments and teams

  • Ability to stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

10,000 zł - 15,000 zł a month

- The proposed budget stands for a B2B contract (+VAT), including unlimited PTO, benefits package, and ESOP.

- A Contract of Employment is also an option that is available after specific calculations.
