The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing external social media channels, content creation, publishing, and engagement. This role ensures consistent brand voice, timely content execution, and alignment with community and in-game activities.
Shift: 09.00 - 18.00 CEST with Fridays and Saturdays off
Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Publishing
- Create and publish videos weekly
- Write and schedule social media copies
- Write and publish blog posts monthly
- Create assets for events, campaigns, and evergreen content
- Engagement & Monitoring
- Daily engagement with comments and DMs
- Monitor social sentiment and report relevant issues
- Coordinate messaging with community and Discord activities
- Campaign Support
- Support GTMs, CTAs, and campaign initiatives ensuring successful social media strategies across platforms
- Align social content with community activations, alignment with live operations, and product
- Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging
- Monitor social media performance on a weekly basis and report on key KPIs.
- Ensure relevant player feedback and sentiment identified across social platforms is reviewed, synthesized, and escalated.
About you
- You are located in Albania, Algeria, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Ghana, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Kosovo, Morocco, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Panama, Philippines, South Africa, or Tunisia
- Experience in multi-form video creation
- Experience in Copywriting and content scheduling
- Basic asset creation and editing
- Social media analytics understanding
- Understanding of major social media platforms
- Experience planning, coordinating, and optimizing social media content and campaigns.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum C1).
Nice to have:
- You have worked in gaming, entertainment, or highly engaged consumer brands.
- You have collaborated with creators or influencers before.
Technical requirements
- A minimum internet speed of 15 Mb/s download and 15 Mb/s upload and Latency <120ms, internationally
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Windows 11 (All editions except Windows S Mode), or macOS 13.0 or newer
- A processor with a CPU Mark of at least 7368 or higher, similar to i5-8300H (Has to be 8th Gen Intel or above, if Ryzen, 2nd Gen or above)
- A smartphone usable for two-factor authentication that runs at least:
- Android 10.0 or newer
- Apple iOS 16.0 or newer
