Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist
An Australia-based leader in premium sports court design and construction seeks a Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate its digital presence through powerful engagement, growth-focused campaigns, and measurable results. Work Hours:Part-time (20 hours/week with potential to grow into full-time); AU timezone Work Set-Up:Remote (PH-based); Independent Contractor Salary:$560-800/month (depending on experience) Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Develop a comprehensive social media strategy and monthly content calendar aimed at driving residential sales.
Track and report key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
Identify opportunities to optimize content and advertising for better results.
Content Creation & Management
Produce engaging social media posts leveraging existing assets such as drone footage, project photos, and AI-generated visuals.
Schedule and publish content consistently across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Ensure visual and messaging consistency in line with the brands identity.
Ads & Campaign Management
Manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and potentially LinkedIn.
Monitor ad performance, refine targeting, and adjust budgets to maximize ROI.
Lead Engagement
Respond to social media messages and comments to nurture potential leads.
Qualify warm leads and coordinate follow-up with the sales team.
Maintain professional and positive communication to strengthen the brands reputation.
Requirements:
Proven expertisein social media management/digital marketing, ideally within service-based or construction-related businesses.
Demonstrated success running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns focused on lead generation.
Strong knowledge of content strategy, analytics, and performance tracking.
Excellent written and spoken English with a neutral accent, suitable for Australian client communication.
Proficient in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, ChatGPT, and similar platforms.
Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple projects effectively.
