Are you able to translate the needs of the business into requirements for Smartsheet builds? If so, we can’t wait to learn more about you.

In this role, you will be focused on deploying and optimizing Smartsheet solutions to support our business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include developing and deploying customer-facing Smartsheet solutions, streamlining processes, and improving collaboration. 

Essential functions

  • Analyzing requirements through stakeholder engagement.

  • Designing and implementing customized Smartsheet solutions. This involves creating custom workflows, templates, and configurations within Smartsheet to address specific business needs.

  • Planning and coordinating deployments in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Configuring and setting up Smartsheet workspaces, sheets, templates, and integrations including setting up user permissions, automations and formulas.

  • Utilizing advanced Smartsheet applications including Bridge workflows, Resource Management and Data table.

  • Assisting with data and workflow migration.

  • Performing acceptance testing.

  • Creating documentation and delivering training providing hands-on guidance and support to help users become proficient with Smartsheet.

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize Smartsheet solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and user satisfaction within the organization

  • Working hand in hand with Smartsheet consultants to elevate our environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Smartsheet solutions and 2 years with Smartsheet Control Center required.

  • Smartsheet certifications including Core Application, System Administrator, Project Management and Control Center are highly preferred. If not currently held, must have the ability to obtain company-paid Systems Administrator and Control Center Lead within 30 days of hire.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and training abilities.

  • Highly organized, ability to problem solve, and learns quickly.

  • Ability to create and deliver training.

  • Experience in life sciences is a plus
