  • Provide continuous feedback and create personalised development plans for team members, helping them grow through constructive criticism, recognition of their achievements, and guiding their professional growth with the tools and opportunities needed for success

What makes a good candidate

  • At least 7 years of software development experience with a focus on Solidity (at least 5 years)

  • Proficiency in YUL/Assembly and experience deploying smart contracts across multiple EVM networks

  • Solid experience in TypeScript (at least 3 years)

  • Meticulous and quality-driven, you ensure high-quality outputs in all aspects of your work

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction within the team and external stakeholders
