What are you going to do?

You will have the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and growth-oriented environment, at a global urban mobility company.

Occupy a unique position in the market they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Engineer experienced with HRSD and Employer Center Pro.

  • In order to improve employee experience, we are now looking to optimize the portal based on their feedback and quantitative analysis done by HR stakeholders.

  • We need an engineer who has deep experience in the OOTB capabilities of Employee Center Pro and can map the feedback to actionable changes on the portal.

What will help you succeed:

  • Practical experience implementing Employee Center Pro, Virtual Agent.

  • Experience translating feature requests, technical specifications, and high level requirements into specific solutions and tasks and the ability to re-engineer business processes.

  • Experience with API and scripting languages (REST, Web Services, JavaScript (including Glide script), UI/UX design, Angular JS, SQL, SSO, SAML).

  • Expert-level understanding of the ServiceNow platform with a concentration on:

    • Service portal themes, UI scripts, widgets.

    • JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS

    • ServiceNow experience packs
