Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseas client equipment delivery, commissioning, on-site product troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Daily management coordination with the Overseas Joint Insurance Center (USA).

  • Feedback customer's and product quality issues, maintaining customer relationships.

  • Translate and summarize failure issues and review/edit English manuals.

Job Requirements:

  • Background in engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.

  • Familiarity with skills in such as inverters, servos, motors, PLCs, automation products (elevators, robots, high-voltage air conditioners, etc.).

  • Willingness to travel over 50%, good communication skills, and teamwork spirit.

  • Native English speaker;  speakSpanish is a plus, speak Chinese is a plus.

  • At least 3 years of experience in the USA driver industry.

  • Local American citizenship or USA work permit with working background in US.
