Senior Web3 Software Engineer

What you will do

At Gnosis, we're building Metri, a next generation crypto wallet. Our focus is on a user-friendly, on-chain neobank experience powered by Safe accounts and account abstraction. We're integrating Gnosis Pay, IBANs, and Circles UBI to unlock new financial possibilities for our users.  We're seeking a Senior Web3 Software Engineer to join our team. You'll be instrumental in building and scaling our SvelteKit-based wallet app, working on core functionality, smart contract interactions, and ensuring the highest standards of security and performance.

• Design and implement seamless integration of our wallet with smart contracts and decentralised protocols

• Develop and maintain core wallet features like secure key management and transaction handling

• Ensure top-notch security practices throughout development and collaborate on code audits

• Optimise the wallet's performance and scalability to handle growing user demand

• Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, and designers to deliver the best possible user experience

Who you are

• Proven expertise in Web3 technologies (Ethereum, Solidity, etc.)

• Experience building and deploying decentralised applications (dApps)

• Hands-on proficiency in Solidity for smart contract development

• Strong TypeScript skills for building scalable wallet functionality

• Deep understanding of Web3 security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies

• Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment, providing technical guidance

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on finding efficient solutions

• Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
