The Senior Web UX Designer will lead UX initiatives, conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and advocate for best practices in user-centered design. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital experiences.
You will:
Lead UX strategy by developing and executing the UX strategy for the web-based projects, aligning design solutions with business objectives and user needs.
Create flow diagrams, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that are easily understood by all stakeholders involved in the project.
Collaborate with designers and developers to translate wireframes and prototypes into visually stunning and functional user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and design standards.
Conduct user research, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behavior, preferences and pain points.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input to continuously improve the user experience
Create and maintain UX documentation, including user journeys, and design specifications, to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the design process
Contribute to the guidelines and patterns in our design systems.
You have:
6+ years professional experience as a UX designer
BS/BA in UX design, HCI, or equivalent work experience
Experience with user research and how to put insights from research into your designs
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as: Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with design systems and component libraries
Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices
The ability to respond thoughtfully to design critiques
Comfort managing projects on your own
