We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the project management of our website work. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the web design and development processes. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and superior quality.
What You Will Do
Support the Web Product Director in coordinating multiple web development projects from conception to launch
Scope and manage website projects in detail, including creating and closely tracking project schedules and deliverables. Management will include everything from day-to-day oversight of specific tasks to driving work for large-scale initiatives
Create, manage, and maintain communication channels within the wider project team and as needed with other internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate effectively with varied vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels
Provide high-level technical expertise to cross-functional teams as they engage in website requests
Maintain website processes and improve efficiency in how our organization works on web projects (and potentially projects more broadly)
Monitor and provide quality assurance on each project to ensure all tasks are delivered to the highest quality
Create, manage, and maintain technical project documentation to support the delivery of the project
What You Will Bring
7+ years of experience as a Project Manager including website management and oversight of complex design and development projects
Strong understanding of website development processes, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress and Contentful
Experience managing and delivering projects on budget, in detail, within scope, and on time
Experience constructing briefs and providing feedback to external agencies, while translating “Dev speak” to non-digital stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and stakeholders. This includes managing expectations, gathering feedback, and driving timelines
Experience working with and managing vendor relationships
Conceptual understanding of the underlying technology used to deliver website experiences (platform integrations, data structures, and data management)
Shared appreciation for and commitment to the mission and work of Lean In, Lean In Girls, Option B, and the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program
Commitment to being a strong advocate for equity, inclusion, and uplifting marginalized voices
What We Will Offer You
The base salary range for this role varies depending on a candidate’s location which is categorized into one of two bands. National Band: $126,000-$130,000. Bay Area/New York Metro Band: $140,000-$145,000
The actual base salary within the applicable market range may also vary depending on the candidate's qualifications, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, full-time employees are also eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 10% of their annual salary

Important Information
This is a full-time, exempt position.
This is a time-limited position with an anticipated duration of 18 months.
While we are a remote-first organization and work schedules are flexible, team-wide meetings are often held between the hours of 9:00 am and 1:00 pm Pacific Time.
Occasional travel is required for organization-wide offsites and events.
The selected individual must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
