Impact Statement: As our SVP of Global Talent, you will be the driving force behind Pax8’s transformation into a product-led technology powerhouse. Your leadership will ensure that we attract, develop, and retain top talent across the globe, empowering Pax8 to build the cloud marketplace of the future. You’ll influence and shape the culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability that defines our success.
Daily Responsibilities: Every day, you will:
Lead and develop a global talent function, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Performance, and Total Rewards teams, to deliver exceptional service and value.
Design and implement a holistic talent strategy that aligns with Pax8’s goals and supports our evolution into a product-led tech company.
Partner with business leaders, Regional HR leads, and Global COE leaders to understand and address talent needs, ensuring the alignment of talent programs with business objectives.
Leverage data, analytics, and AI tools to measure and enhance the effectiveness of talent practices, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, high-performing, and future-ready.
Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) practices across all talent programs, ensuring that our global team reflects the communities we serve.
What You Bring to the Table: To thrive in this role, you must have:
Substantial experience in strategic talent management, with a proven track record of delivering results and leading organizations through transformative change.
Expertise in one or more areas of talent management, such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or Total Rewards, with a strong understanding of learning technology and data-driven decision-making.
Experience leading global teams in a matrix organization, with a preference for cloud technology or scale-up environments.
A commitment to embodying Pax8’s principles and behaviors, including Compassionate Candour, Seeks To Understand, and Driven By Passion, even under pressure.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, across multiple cultures and time zones.
Success Metrics: In 6 to 12 months, you’ll know you’re successful in this role if:
You’ve implemented a global talent strategy that aligns with Pax8’s business goals and supports our transformation into a product-led company.
Your team consistently delivers high-quality talent programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
You’ve embedded DEIB practices into all aspects of talent management, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace.
You’ve leveraged AI tools to gain insights into workforce trends and improve talent outcomes.

Compensation: Qualified candidates can expect a competitive salary starting at $225,000 USD in the US or £150,000 GBP in the UK, depending on experience and location.
