What are you going to do?
You will have the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and growth-oriented environment, at a global network with a unique blend of creative and engineering talent, poised to tackle complex business challenges related to changing consuming behaviors, emerging technologies and AI.
Occupy a unique position in the market, as a Senior UX Researcher who collaborates with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to creatively uncover and investigate new opportunities to help define product roadmaps, vision, and strategy that directly relates to prioritized business initiatives.
Design and conduct foundational, formative, and evaluative qualitative and quantitative user research, including field observations and interviews, remote and in-person usability studies, and other methods as needed for existing and future features.
Be an advocate for the customer, ensuring that their needs and perspectives are considered in UX design decisions/prototypes, product development initiatives, VOC success metrics/tools, and long-term business strategy.
Synthesize and communicate research findings to drive understanding, user empathy, and business decisions across the organization.
Deliver high-quality insights in a fast-paced work environment.
Educate the organization on opportunities revealed by your own research and ensure the right research questions are being asked and answered.
What will help you succeed
5+ years of professional experience conducting user research.
An understanding of research methods strengths and weaknesses and experience planning and conducting mid-to-large scale research projects across various product phases.
Ability to conduct qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods research.
Demonstrated effectiveness in written, verbal, and visual communication skills; ability to distill complex ideas into concise and accurate narratives that enlighten and inspire.
Ability to concisely communicate research findings.
