What are you going to do?
You will have the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and growth-oriented environment, at a a top national mortgage lender with over 4 million lifetime customers dedicated to offering competitive rates and superior service.
Occupy a unique position in the market as a Sr. UI Engineer partner with researchers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver new features, translate concepts into coded components, and iterate on interactions, animations, and details to deliver the intended experience. Sr. UI Engineers also collaborate closely with UX Researchers to user-test new concepts and assist engineering efforts. Additionally, the Sr. UI Engineer will contribute to the component library by establishing patterns and solving complex UX, code, and styling problems.
Contribute to the development of the shared component library that maintains our UI Design and Experience guidelines across multiple technology teams
Help to shape the experience guidelines
Work with the UX Leads, product and business managers and owners to plan and execute code releases and documentation in a quality and efficient manner
Provide leadership by understanding and communicating the impact on technology teams while maintaining a balance of innovation and providing value to our customers using Agile methodologies to provide quality and timely results
Establish and evangelize coding guidelines, design patterns and code testing requirements to build stable components
Build an environment and culture of integrity, trust, feedback, and continuous improvement within the team
What will help you succeed
UI developer
Strong experience with Design Systems.
Experience with: Javascript, CSS, React, StoryBook, UI testing.
Experience working with UX designers
