How You'll Make an Impact:
As a Senior Talent Partner based in Thailand, you'll be at the forefront of growing one of Cloudbeds' most important markets. You'll own the end-to-end recruitment process for a dynamic mix of business-facing roles spanning GTM, Customer Success, Onboarding and more, balancing high-volume hiring efficiency with the strategic sourcing and networking skills needed to land candidates others simply won't find. While Thailand is your primary focus, you'll also have the opportunity to support hiring across APAC and other global regions, giving you genuine breadth as a recruiter. You'll be a trusted partner to hiring managers and a true ambassador for Cloudbeds across the markets you serve.

What You Bring to the Team:
Own the full-cycle recruitment process for business-facing roles including GTM, Customer Success, and Onboarding, with Thailand as your primary market and additional scope across APAC and global regions
Balance high-volume hiring pipelines with strategic, senior-level searches that require deep sourcing and networking
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements, define hiring strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Drive proactive sourcing and outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks, and other tools to unearth talent the average recruiter wouldn't find
Manage the hiring process through Greenhouse (ATS), maintaining data integrity and sharing regular updates with internal stakeholders
Serve as a market expert and Cloudbeds brand ambassador within Thailand, while building talent networks across APAC and other global markets as your scope expands
Build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership, influencing decision-making at all levels and ensuring hiring strategies are directly connected to broader business goals
Go beyond filling seats. Proactively identify opportunities to improve hiring processes, share market insights, and act as a true specialist and strategic advisor within your domain
Stay current on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting best practices across Thailand, APAC, and relevant global markets
What Sets You Up for Success:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or technology company
Fluent in Thai and business level English (written and spoken) is required
Proven track record managing both high-volume roles and strategic searches requiring active outbound sourcing and networking
Experience hiring for business-facing functions such as GTM, Sales, Customer Success and Onboarding
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable building relationships with senior leaders
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse (or comparable modern ATS), and other sourcing tools
Hands-on experience using AI tools in your day-to-day workflow for candidate sourcing, research, outreach, or process efficiency
Proficient across G Suite, Slack, and Zoom, with the confidence to pick up new tools quickly. A genuinely tech-savvy operator who stays ahead of the curve
Based in Thailand with a deep understanding of the local talent market
