HubSpot’s Talent Mobility Team is looking for a Senior Talent Mobility Program Manager to help support the company’s mobility function by providing remarkable support to the Talent Mobility (TM) team, key stakeholders, employees, and candidates. This role will be based in the United Stat

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with the Director of Talent Mobility to manage, refine and expand the global mobility policies and processes, considering immigration, mobility tax and relocation factors.

  • Supporting HR, managers and employees with strategic advice on global mobility offerings and the resources needed to support a globally dispersed workforce

  • Collaborating with external vendors, recruiting and HR to design and manage a low-friction mobility experience

  • Working with HR, key stakeholders and external vendors to scale mobility operations, including vendor initiations, letters/agreements, policy management and mobility benefit tracking, etc

  • Establishing processes and technology to maintain accuracy of employee records and reports

We are looking for people who are or have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in tax, accounting, finance, or a related field, or a combination of demonstrable experience, education and training.

  • 6+ years of relevant corporate global mobility and relocation experience

  • Experience working in-house, or as an in-house contractor in the global mobility function

  • Excellent problem solving, organizational, communication and customer service skills

  • Resourceful, self-driven and feel comfortable independently managing a project

  • Able to handle a broad range of subject matters and work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, and transparent environment

  • Excellent prioritization, attention to detail and time management skills 

  • Reliable, team-oriented, and have a positive, can-do attitude

  • Comfortable working as an individual contributor and collaborator

  • Passionate about the values in the HubSpot Culture Code

 

Cash compensation range: 98500-157600 USD Annually This resource will help guide how we recommend thinking about the range you see. Learn more about HubSpot’s compensation philosophy. The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
