We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Management Lead to join our Talent Development team and lead the center of excellence for all things related to performance management, talent planning and organizational effectiveness. 

This person will work directly with the Director of Talent Development and will be a key collaborator and thought partner in the overall People and Talent strategy for StackAdapt. This position enables people strategies and programs to support the People Business Partner team, Total Rewards and business leaders to drive outcomes in areas of: performance management, career growth, leadership development, strategic organizational development  (i.e. talent reviews and succession planning), talent acquisition and employee engagement.  

The successful candidate requires staying abreast of external best practices in Talent Management, Organizational Development and Effectiveness, and Learning and Development.

What you'll be doing

  • Organizational  Design: Partner with People & Culture including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development and Talent Business Partners to ensure we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time to meet our global business needs. Including equitable hiring and internal movement to inform people decisions. 

  • Job Architecture: Work closely with cross-functional teams across the business, including Revenue, Operations, Marketing, and Engineering to build competency frameworks and job architecture. 

  • Performance Management: Oversee the global employee performance management process, including integration with HRIS system, building equitable and consistent policies for merit increases and promotions while mitigating undue risk, develop knowledge management and integrate with other People processes across the full employee lifecycle. 

  • Workforce & Succession Planning: Responsible for developing and implementing global succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified internal candidates for critical roles. 

  • Ongoing Career Development: Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to inform programming to ensure the retention and growth of high performers through self improvement. 

What you'll bring to the table

  • Proven leadership in successful global Talent Management programs, preferably in technology or high-growth sectors. Experience in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Psychology and/or People Analytics is preferred, but we recognise there are many journeys that can lead to Talent Management. 

  • Track record of designing, managing and scaling Talent Management programs such as performance management, talent planning, career development, succession planning, etc. that drive measurable business outcomes in support of a growing and global workforce. 

  • Demonstrated experience in driving highly complex organizational changes through clear communication and implementation of change management practices that support organizational growth and agility. 

  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a data-driven and evidence-based approach to decision making and influencing. 

  • Experience acting as an advisor to broader teams, including People & Culture, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, StackAdapts Leadership team and Executive team. 

  • A “how can we make this better?” mentality with a focus on progress over perfection to continuously drive for improvement.
