Who we are & why we’re hiring

Twilio powers real-time business communications and data solutions that help companies and developers worldwide build better applications and customer experiences.

Although we're headquartered in San Francisco, we have presence throughout South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. We're on a journey to becoming a global company that actively opposes racism and all forms of oppression and bias. At Twilio, we support diversity, equity & inclusion wherever we do business.

About the job

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Guide for the Executive Recruiting team who can effortlessly juggle multiple priorities and solve complex problems as they arise. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Executive Recruiters, Executive-level talent, Executive Assistants, and Executive internal stakeholders. Your unwavering commitment to getting things done in a timely manner and going above and beyond daily tasks will set you apart. We value collaboration and encourage you to showcase your ability to work cross-functionally and across multiple levels, building a global world-class candidate experience. If you have a keen eye for detail and are passionate about delivering exceptional service quality, then come join us to execute a recruiting coordination process that leaves no room for error.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Own and deliver on all recruiting coordination tasks for the Executive Recruiting team including: scheduling search kick-offs, Precap meetings, HM interviews, Onsite interviews and recap meetings.

  • Communicate and collaborate clearly and consistently with Executive-level talent, Executive Assistants, and Executive internal Stakeholders.

  • Handle requests and take action globally, working across different timezones.

  • Execute a recruiting coordination process with a meticulous attention to detail with strong time management; ensure the delivery of exceptional service quality at all times.

  • Continuously improve and optimize the recruitment coordination process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Twilio values diverse experiences in other industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. While having “desired” qualifications make for a strong candidate, we encourage applicants with alternative experiences to also apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!

Required:

  • Proven ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities and solve complex problems proactively.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to stay organized at all times.

  • Demonstrated commitment to meeting deadlines and going above and beyond daily tasks.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple levels.

  • Global mindset and ability to work across timezones.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion in executive-level recruitment.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

Desired:
