We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who has experience building talent strategies for Operations areas. The purpose of this role is to partner with the Customer Operations area to build and execute on a talent plan that positions Kueski as the best place to build a career in Customer Service and Collections Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with People Success Partners and Hiring Managers to develop sourcing strategies for specific roles within the Customer Operations area.
Source top candidates using a variety of sources including OCC and Indeed.
Report on sourcing metrics and active pipeline. Help reach out and screen potential candidates, ensuring a positive experience with Kueski throughout all engagements
Position Requirements
3-4 years experience recruiting for Customer Operations related roles in a high growth environment.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), experience with Lever is an advantage.
Experience working in the fintech industry is a distinct advantage.
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
