You will work on a team of highly motivated and talented individuals who collaborate with organizational leaders, product managers, technical project managers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and client service stakeholders across the company to implement new features and products. You must be able to work independently and you will be responsible for developing new features and/or products that will be used by professionals across the entertainment and technology industries.

  • Embrace and support the vision of the organization.

  • Design, develop, enhance, and support new and existing products and features.

  • Work closely with other engineers to develop sound technical architecture and design for complex technical challenges.

  • Follow best practices for SDLC and documentation. Create quality designs that meet requirement needs, conduct quality testing and automate where it makes sense, and focus on delivering high-quality work.

  • Collaborate across the organization to gain a shared understanding of the initiative, perform analysis, and propose a solution.

  • Ensure that your solutions meet performance, reliability, quality, security, and testability standards and can support high traffic and high-availability.

  • Learn and develop skills in new technologies that can be leveraged to improve existing solutions.

  • Develop scalable data visualization solutions.

What will help you succeed

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • 3+ years Tableau development experience (including recent experience in Tableau 10).

  • Understanding of SQL for writing optimized queries for data cleaning.

  • Experience wrangling and organizing unstructured data sources (via live connection, Tableau Data Extract (TDE) or both through blending the data)

  • Experience adding, creating and cataloging dimensions, measures and calculations; performing data modeling in Tableau Desktop; publishing workbooks and data sources to Tableau Online.

  • Experience managing access for interactors and viewers in Tableau and Tableau Online.
