We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Solutions Consultant to join our team! The right candidate will have advanced experience as a Contact Center Solutions Architect with a proven track record of assisting sales with navigating large enterprise deals.

Job Location: Remote Work, USA: Candidate must reside in one of the following states to be considered for this role: East Coast - FL, GA, MA, MD, NC, NJ, PA, VA or Central Region - IL, IN, MI, NE, TN, TX

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead executive-level discovery with enterprise contact center leaders to uncover strategic challenges, success metrics, and transformation opportunities

  • Own the solution strategy for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities, partnering closely with Sales leadership

  • Deliver executive-ready, outcome-focused demonstrations and solution narratives tied to measurable business impact

  • Define and guide complex proof-of-concept engagements, setting standards and best practices across the presales organization

  • Influence product direction by translating customer and market insights into clear, actionable feedback for Product Management

  • Lead by example, elevating overall presales effectiveness and consistency

  • Represent SuccessKPI as a thought leader in executive briefings, partner meetings, conferences, and industry events

What You’ll Bring:

Required qualifications to be successful in this senior role:

  • 5+ years of experience with one or more Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms, specifically including Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, Five9, LiveVox, UJET, or TalkDesk

  • 5+ years of experience in contact center analytics, BI, performance management, or operations leadership

  • Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise presales engagements and influencing executive decision-makers

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate ROI, value realization, and transformation outcome

  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and consultative skills

  • Ability to travel to partner and customer locations when required

  • Desire and ability to work in a high-growth start-up environment requiring flexibility and ingenuity

  • Discovery workshops consistently uncover high-value customer use cases that translate into clear, compelling solution narratives.

  • Impactful product demonstrations and proof-of-conceptsdirectly supporting deal progression and win rates

  • Being viewed as a trusted advisor by executive stakeholders and Sales leadership

  • Elevating presales standards, methodology, and solution quality across the organization

  • Influencing product strategy through credible, well-articulated customer and market insights

  • You representSuccessKPI as a credible, knowledgeable voice at customer meetings, RFPs, and industry events.
