We are seeking a Senior Software Developer who is deeply passionate about Web Analytics and Experimentation platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a talented team of software developers to design and build solutions with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and quality. You'll be joining a dynamic team of over 200 experienced engineers who are committed to delivering high-quality software at a rapid pace. What You’ll Do
Design and develop robust server-side components, modules, and classes using .NET and JavaScript.
Create responsive and efficient front-end components using React, Redux, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Follow and enhance effective Agile CI/CD processes to ensure smooth and frequent releases.
Implement and maintain high standards in our products through appropriate automated testing, including Unit tests.
Continuously improve code quality and deployment frequency to ensure fast and reliable delivery of features.
Participate in the review of designs and code from peer software engineers to ensure best practices and quality standards.
Mentor and train other team members on design techniques, coding standards, and best practices.
When travel conditions are safe, participate in international travel for approximately 2-4 weeks a year.
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of full-stack development experience, preferably in a startup engineering environment, using various programming languages.
1-3+ years of experience in deploying large-scale software and/or web services.
Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications.
Experience with high-load systems and managing large datasets.
Strong understanding of code complexity and functional programming principles.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and business leaders.
Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering multiple software projects simultaneously, with a focus on high quality and timely execution.
